📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
All U.S. orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–9 business days and ships from our U.S. warehouses and partnered countries.
Please note: Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control (such as carrier delays or customs processing), shipping may take longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. — but we’re working on expanding soon!
How can I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking link will be sent to your email or phone via SMS. If you haven't received it, feel free to contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at support@pupflux.com. Once it ships, we can’t make changes, but we’re always here to help.

Are your products safe for pets?
Absolutely. We only offer products we’d use with our own pets — safe, quality-tested, and pet-approved.
What sizes are available for pet beds and harnesses?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you’re not sure, contact us with your pet’s breed and weight and we’ll help you choose the right fit.
